In the colossal building of the Old Fish Market you get to know the many aspects of the sea. The attraction is the Foxtrot, a real Russian submarine. Also the former lightship Westhinder is worth a visit!

This dolphinarium for young and old has a lot to offer. In the covered Dolphidrome, playful dolphins steal the show, while the sea-lions also provide a spectacle. The panoramic aquariums shows you life under water.

Beisbroek Public Observatory is in a splendid estate in Sint-Andries. The castle houses a nature centre, public observatory and planetarium. A planetary path has also been mapped out through the castle park. An absolute must for every nature lover!
